Terms and conditions

These terms cover your use of www.gujujobs.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you post jobs for a company, you also agree to them on its behalf.

You need an account to apply for a job, to post one, or to buy an ad. Clerk, our sign-in provider, runs sign-in for us. Give accurate details and keep your sign-in to yourself: you are responsible for what is done with your account.

Your application goes to the employer, who decides what happens next. We take no part in that decision, and we can’t promise you a reply.

Some listings are collected from a company’s own careers page. You apply for those on the company’s site, under its terms.

An employer should never ask you for money to apply, to be trained or to be hired. If one does, tell us at contact@gujujobs.com.

When you post a job, you confirm that:

• the job is real and open, and you may hire for the company you name;
• the title, pay, location and description are accurate;
• you will not ask candidates for money;
• you will use applicants’ details only to consider them for that job.

We review every post before it goes live, usually within 30 minutes. We may turn a post down, and your dashboard shows the reason.

A listing is live for 30 days from approval. You can extend it or close it from your dashboard. Changes to a live listing are reviewed before they replace it, and the approved version stays up in the meantime.

A company ad goes live as soon as it is paid for and runs for 30 days. Its company name, logo, line and website are shown to everyone who visits the board.

Whoever buys an ad is responsible for what it says and where it links, and must have the right to use the company’s name and logo. We may remove an ad that breaks these terms or misleads readers.

Its fee is not refunded once it is live, unless we remove it for a reason other than a breach of these terms; then we refund the whole fee.

The prices of a job post and a company ad are on our pricing page. Our cancellation and refund policy says when you pay and when a fee is refunded.

We may remove a listing, or close an account, that breaks these terms or misleads candidates. If the listing was paid for, the refund policy says what happens to the fee.

You keep ownership of what you post. You allow us to show it on GujuJobs, and to let search engines, including Google’s job search, show your listings. Only post what you have the right to use, including your company’s name and logo.

Employers write their listings and are responsible for them. We review the posts employers send us, but we can’t check every detail. We keep the site running as well as we can, and it may sometimes be unavailable.

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the terms on this page are the ones that apply.
