During the launch offer
A job post costs ₹0 while our launch offer runs, so there is nothing to pay or refund for one. The sections on job posts apply once a post has a price. Company ads are not part of the offer, and the section on them applies now.
When you pay
You pay for a job post only when we approve it. If we turn a post down, you pay nothing.
Refunds
Once a post is approved, its fee is not refunded. That includes closing the listing early: the days left are not refunded.
If we remove a listing
If we remove a paid listing because it breaks our terms, the fee is not refunded. If we remove it for any other reason, we refund the whole fee.
Company ads
You pay for a company ad when you buy it. It goes live as soon as it is paid for and runs for 30 days. Once it is live, its fee is not refunded. If we remove a live ad for a reason other than a breach of our terms, we refund the whole fee. A refund reaches your account usually within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
