Job Description

Uffizio is looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Revenue Executive to drive sales growth across its Telematics Solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing the complete B2B sales cycle to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify New Business Opportunities and generate, qualify, and convert potential leads. - Manage the End-to-End Sales Cycle, including product demonstrations, proposal preparation, commercial negotiations, and deal closures. - Drive Revenue Growth by monitoring sales performance, analyzing revenue data, and forecasting sales. - Manage Sales Pipelines using CRM Tools and Sales Analytics Platforms. - Develop Pricing and Packaging Strategies to support business growth. - Build and Maintain Client Relationships to strengthen partnerships and improve customer retention. - Identify Upselling Opportunities and contribute to long-term customer growth. - Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, including Technical, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success Teams. - Gather Market Feedback to align customer requirements with platform capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management, preferably in B2B SaaS or Technology. - Strong Lead Generation, Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation Skills. - Ability to analyze revenue data, forecast sales, and manage pipelines using CRM Tools. - Ability to explain technical solutions in clear, business-focused terms. - Exposure to Telematics, Fleet Management, or Logistics is an advantage. - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Strong Organizational Skills with a proactive, target-oriented approach. - Willingness to work On-Site in Valsad and engage directly with clients and internal stakeholders.
